Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

Our Policy lasts for seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and needs to be in the original packaging and not damaged in any way. We reserve the sole right to decline refunds.

Refunds (if Applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Once your return is received, the team will inspect the item. If everything is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) days.

Missing Refunds:

In case you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your Credit card company. Sometimes, the whole process takes a few more days before it gets fully processed. If you have done all and still haven’t received anything then you can contact us at franco@smokehousejerky.com
